PUI announces the acquisition of Eric Electronics
PUI has entered into an agreement to acquire Eric Electronics and their product lines. This new addition will increase PUI’s presence in the Silicon Valley marketplace and allow greater customer coverage. The completion date is targeted for August 31st 2017.
