(Renco) has developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS), in order to document the organizations procedure and practices, enhance customer relations and satisfaction, as well as continually improve upon overall quality management. We strive to understand the dynamic external and internal factors, the changing needs & expectations of relevant interested parties, and to identify and address risks & opportunities utilizing a SIPOC approach.
The QMS shall be based and in accordance with the latest revision of the ISO 9001 standard. The QMS shall define the design, development and overall production of products supplied by Renco. The Executive Office is committed to providing Quality Management all necessary resources and tools, to maintain and continually improve Renco’s QMS. Quality Management shall report directly to the President/CEO, for routine monitoring and evaluation.
